The Paris Talks conference will feature more than 15 innovative and influential speakers and entertainers.

This year’s Paris Talks female speakers are amazing thought-leaders that have been recognized as authorities in their respective fields and are highly sought after for their expertise.

In this piece, we’ll introduce our women thought-leaders, and what you can expect from them at our conference.



Sienna is a 12-year-old Franco-American artist and comedian based in Paris. She has worked on creative projects with film directors such as Luc Besson and with Brands BIC, Cyrillus, Decathlon, Disneyland Paris, IKKS, Kiabi and many more.




Meghan "Megs" Rutigliano is Burning Man's Associate Director of the Regional Network. She oversees Burning Man's annual European Leadership Summit, which will happen 5-8 April 2018 in Nantes, France. Megs also oversees Burning Man's Global Leadership Conference and the programs that support Burning Man's network of over 300 Regional Contacts and 80 official regional events in 38 countries worldwide!

Ute has dedicated her career to the pursuit of better environmental protection and a more sustainable energy system. She is currently Senior Programme Leader in the Renewable Energy Division of the International Energy Agency (IEA) here in Paris.

She is in charge of the IEA’s work on renewable heat and renewable energy policies.

Prior to joining the IEA in October 2015, she spent 6 ½ years at the Committee on Climate Change, part of the UK’s governmental advisory body. Previously she worked on energy and climate change issues for the Greater London Authority, as well as several non-governmental organisations and academic institutions.

She tries to stay optimistic about the future, despite mounting evidence about climate change and other environmental damage.


Murielle is founder and CEO of DJOUMAN, one of the leading platforms catalyzing innovation for sustainability in Africa. With a background in computer science and engineering, she worked for more than 6 years in the financial industry.

In 2013, she decided to engage more actively in sustainable development in Africa.

Coming from Cote d’Ivoire, she really wanted her work to positively impact the continent.

She decided to undertake an MBA, followed by her ventures in entrepreneurship.

Maria Guadalupe is an Associate Professor of Economics and Political Science at INSEAD and the Academic Director of the INSEAD Randomized Control Trials (RCT) Lab.

Maria obtained a PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics in 2003. Prior to joining INSEAD in 2012, she was an Associate Professor in the Economics and Finance department at the Columbia Business School where she held the position of Sanford C. Bernstein Co-Chair in Leadership and Ethics.

Maria has been a visiting scholar at MIT and Princeton and is currently a research fellow at the Center for European Policy Research (CEPR) and the IZA Institute of Labor Economics.

She is also a member of the Strategy Research Initiative.

Maëva comes from a family where sexuality is not a taboo.

Elizabeth Milovidov is an American lawyer, a French law professor and a European eSafety consultant.

She founded www.digitalparentingcoach.com and provides support to governments and associations.

From 2014-2016, she consulted for European Schoolnet, a European consortium of 30 Education Ministries on several Internet-related projects, including the ENABLE (the European Network Against Bullying in Learning and Leisure Environments) project.

Anna Martin is the founder of Affordable Yoga & Fitness – a Paris based yoga school offering high-quality classes in multiple locations, with key mission to make yoga financially accessible to as many people as possible.

Born in Russia, Anna moved to the UK at the age of 17 where she built up her career in Management Consultancy. In 2011 she left the corporate world to pursue her passion for health and fitness. After qualifying with the Yoga Alliance, Anna arrived in Paris in 2011, where she saw an opportunity to open a yoga studio with a difference.

Health and fitness is expensive in Paris, which keeps many away from classes. Affordable Yoga opened in 2013 to create an affordable fitness experience, with a focus on a collaborative community with a caring soul.
